Budget PC Build Around 25k In India

Are you planning to get a budget PC?

That's great. But.

Yes I know, you have already searched for "budget PC build India" or "budget PC build around Rs.25000" or at last "Budget PC build $400".
Now that's really a great idea and you probably might have got hold of a few guides from top blogs and preferably YouTube channels. But, once you check the price list in India, well it seems only a dream.

Actually the reason behind such increase in price is due to the inclusion of IGST and GST against computer components in India.

Hold on!! Have patience. You have come to the right place.

This is a guide on budget PC build around Rs. 25k in India by your Indian friend.

Two PC build guides are given below, one for the Gamer guy and the other for day-to-day office use.

Budget Gaming PC Build Around Rs.25k

Processor:

Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Dual Core 6th Gen Skylake Processor - Rs. 4100

The reason behind choosing this processor is pretty much because.. Gaming, right? See, in order to build a gaming PC with low budget, the most we should focus on, is Graphics Card. Thus, we should go with Intel Pentium G4400.
An alternative can be the updated Intel Pentium G4560 with Hyper-threading. But that would cut more share from our Graphics Card.

Motherboard:

Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 LGA1151 DDR4 Motherboard - Rs.4370

This is the best shot at this price point. Processor can be upgraded up to Intel 7th Gen Kabylake processors. Support for DDR4 ram upto 32GB with 2 DIMM slots.

Memory:

ADATA Premier ADT 4GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM - Rs.2826

Nothing is needed to say about this. RAM prices are increasing day by day due to high demand. The cheapest, the best. And 4GB is not really that bad. Anyway you have add another ram stick whenever you have enough pocket money.

Graphics Card:

Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 VRAM -Rs.6150

Its time to see the heart of the gaming build. Most expensive component in the build. I personally own this card. And this card will pretty much run all games at 50- 60fps at 720p in low to medium preset. And all the exports titles like Dota2, League of Legends, Overwatch, CS:GO, Paladins and many more will run above 60fps at 720p in High preset. This is the deal.
Moreover, no issue of power.. It doesn't need a cable.

Storage:

WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM -Rs.3547

Why?
Its the best. Nothing goes beyond. Though an SSD upgrade is recommended in the near future for better experience.

PSU:

Artis VIP400GOLD 400W SMPS-Rs.1799

Well 400W is pretty standard for this budget build. And with such low spec components, we don't really need a beefy PSU.

Cabinet:

Antec VSK 4000B-U3 PC Case -Rs. 2680

And a fine looking, average quality case to fit all the parts in.

Total:  Rs.25,471 (Inc. Of Taxes)

Budget Work PC Build Around Rs.25k:

Processor:

AMD Ryzen R3 1200 4-Core 4-Thread Processor -Rs.8399

This doesn't need an opinion. Its the best for work/gaming. Since we don't need graphics card in work PC ,this become possible. Starting from basic works like Word, Office, Browsing to heavy tasks like Video editing, rendering, Illustrator, etc all works absolutely smoothly when compared to the one use above in the Gaming Build. This is all due to its actual 4-Cores present.

Motherboard:

Gigabyte GA-A320M-HD AM4 Motherboard -Rs.5099

For this lower end CPU, you mostly won't need more than an A320 board. No cool top of the line features, but works for us.

Memory:

ADATA Premier ADT 4GB 2133MHz DDR4 RAM -Rs.2826

4GB of RAM is not really worth for Video Editing and similar task. But other than that all works fine. You can upgrade anytime with another stick.

Storage:

WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive -Rs.3547

It works all right and it's the most used drive in the market. An SSD upgrade is recommended.

PSU:

Corsair VS450 450W Power Supply -Rs.2840

You may say, why to go for 'Corsair' instead of local one?
The answer is, the processor, Ryzen R3 1200. Its a pretty good processor and proper power supply should be provided for longer lifetime.

Cabinet:

Antec VSK 4000B-U3 PC Case -Rs.2680

Cabinet suffient enough to hold all these parts.

Total: Rs. 25,391 (Inc. Of Taxes)

Additional:

Monitor- AOC 15.6 Inch 1366×768 -Rs.4000(approx.)

Keyboard & Mouse-  Any Logitech or Dell Combo  -Rs.1000

Quick Guide to Game Genre

Gaming is always fun, whether its on computer, laptop, mobile or console. But while picking a game, we don't really get whether it's of our taste or not. Now, companies do take some steps to help us choose the game of our taste. The various ways companies help us are by attaching a Genre to the game, adding Age Restrictions sign on the template and more. Genres? Well, to put it simply, it refers to 'type' or 'category' of a game, similar to tags.  For a regular gamer, the term 'genre' is very common and this post is probably not for them, though its always fun to see posts related to gaming.  This is meant for those of you who are new to the 'world of games' and  those of you veterans who only played a few 'types of games' and now willing to explore more. What is  a Genre? A game genre is a classification of games based on the gameplay and game mechanics. It gives us a small idea about how the game is going to be.
